According to some review sites, SkinID™ can cause more harm than good, some product users mentioned that SkinID™ caused their skins to become itchy and very dry. Some complained of swollen faces and puffy eyes. Others said the product didn’t clear their acne.
The two active ingredients of a SkinID™ custom package are Benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid which are known for their cleansing properties.
It appears that some users are not tolerant to these substances and develop adverse reactions. It may be also coincidental that Benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid can be found in most acne treatment products for a much lower price.
It seems that some users didn’t perform due diligence before trying a new product. They should have done some skin tests to determine beforehand what substance they are allergic to. Or perhaps they weren’t able to follow the instructions properly. The SkinID™ treatment program should be followed closely for it to work as it should and show positive results.
